What count as a successful referral?
The person being referred need to download the Koupon App from the unique referral link you send them. And register an account on the App.
How do I redeem my points for products?
Once you have enough points, you can tab the rewards tab at the bottom of the app where there is a wide selection of freebie available to redeem. You will be asked to provide a valid shipping address to which the product will be sent to. Please note, if delivery attempts are unsuccessful due to reasons such as incomplete address, incorrect contact number, or other personal reasons, we will not make a second delivery.
Do my points expire?
No, points do not expire. Koupon reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

Can I transfer my points to another user?
No, points are not transferrable between users.
I referred a friend, but I didn't get my points. What should I do?
Please ensure that your friend used your referral link for downloading the Koupon app as it is the only identifier that will let Koupon know you referred them. If they did so, please ensure they completed the account registration process. You are welcome to email us at contact@koupon.ai with details of your referral for further assistance.
